The Missouri Way Training Series - Lead Self

The Missouri Way training series helps equip State of Missouri team members with the advanced management skills they need to deliver excellent service to our citizens. The curriculum includes sessions on change management, continuous improvement, project management, customer experience, communications, performance measures and dashboards, and building and leading teams. The Missouri Way training series is based on proven principles for adult professional learning. Recipients of this badge completed 3 hours of online content guiding them through the importance of self-awareness and its impact on our ability to relate to and lead others. This content teaches how to ask for and use feedback from others and use the DISC assessment. This will help us to grow and adapt accordingly to expand influence.
