Show Me Excellence Yellow Belt

The Show Me Excellence Yellow Belt training provides a more in depth understanding of Show Me Excellence and enhance provides problem solving skills. Using Lean principles, this three (3) hour virtual training helps individuals get to the root cause of issues using fishbone diagrams and continually improve through identification of waste, process mapping, and using key metrics drive decisions. Individuals with their yellow belt have specifics for how disciplines are applied and participates as a process improvement team member.
