Breakthrough Leadership Graduate

Breakthrough Leadership is a statewide leadership development program for new to state government team members. Participants of Breakthrough Leadership will embark on a self-discovery journey, uncovering their self-limiting beliefs, understanding their personality strengths, leading in all spaces, and connecting how their individual work contributes to the success of Missouri. Through this experience, they will develop an understanding of servant leadership and what it means to be a public servant. Participants completed an application and submitted one to two letters of recommendation in support of their participation in the program. Applications were rated, and the top applicants were chosen to represent their departments.
