Initiative Team Boot Camp

Initiative Team Bootcamp is an intensive one-day workshop structured around developing the initiative contract for your project using industry-standard tools designed for identified team leaders and members of agency initiative teams. Attendees draft a version of their initiative contract to take back to their agency and set the initiative up for success. After workshop completion, attendees will have learned the foundations of project management and the initiative contract, which includes: *Defining problems, *Measuring success, *Developing milestones and quality teams, *Engaging different working styles, and *Identifying project risks and how to mitigate them
